This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. I only process personal data you choose to send me.

Who is responsible

Mercenary Software Oy (business ID 3444377-4, VAT FI34443774), Tampere, Finland. You can reach me through the contact options on the front page.

What is processed, and why

• Contact. If you contact me (form, email, or LinkedIn), I receive the details you provide: your name, contact address, and message. I use them only to reply and to conduct the business you asked about. Legal basis: legitimate interest and taking steps prior to a contract.
• Booking a call. Meeting booking runs on Google Calendar's appointment page under Google's privacy policy.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and prevent abuse, as a processor under Cloudflare's privacy policy. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile for bot prevention; it does not track you across sites.

Retention and your rights

Messages are kept only as long as needed for the correspondence or a resulting business relationship. Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your data, and you can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). Data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond the processors named above.
